My god, Stephanie. This is brilliant. You put into words so many things that I have felt and had a hunch about over the years, but have never been quite able to clearly articulate. Particularly about White "culture" and that it is an identity that we shouldn't be hiding behind. It's time for us all to take off our blinders and rose colored glasses and get down to work.
