Absolutely. And the national wealth fund definitely had a play in how successful we have been with keeping numbers low. But, that's just another example of dugnad as the money in that fund is tucked away for situations like these, where it needs to be used in emergencies for the well-being of all.

The rhetoric used by Norwegian leadership and a thousand-year-old cultural concept was what rallied Norwegians around a common goal: stopping the spread. So while there are multiple factors that can be pointed to as a reason, it still comes down to dugnad.
